Arrival & departure
Arrive on Saturday from 4 pm. Depart before 10 am. Please tell us your approximate arrival time at least one day in advance.
The house & pool
Independent house on the property where the landlord or their representative also lives. Pool shared with the owners, unheated, available from 15 April to 30 September.
Electricity
Not included in the stay price. Charged at the end of your stay at €0.21/kWh including tax, based on consumption.
Security deposit
30% of the rental amount, with a minimum of €500, payable on arrival. Returned within eight days of departure, subject to any justified deductions and outstanding amounts.
Booking
Your email enquiry does not reserve the property. A contract specifying the price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions is sent to you before any commitment.
Cleaning & linen
End-of-stay cleaning: €90. Dishes must be washed and put away and rubbish removed. Optional linen: €15 per person per week.

Privacy & personal data
SCI FOBRO, 41 chemin des Prés, 34590 Marsillargues, is the controller for stay enquiries received at sci.fobro@orange.fr.
Your name, email address, stay dates and party details are used to prepare a reply and, where appropriate, a contract. Your phone number and additional message are optional. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps at your request, then on performance of the contract if a booking is made.
The form does not store your contact details in a website database. It prepares an email in your email app: the host receives it only when you send it. SCI FOBRO uses your details to manage your enquiry and stay.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry. Documents related to a booking are retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations and evidential needs.
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and portability where applicable, at sci.fobro@orange.fr. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
This website’s code does not add advertising or audience measurement tools. Technical processing by the hosting platform is separate from SCI FOBRO’s handling of stay enquiries.
